Introducing The Shipston Team
Lots of the team live locally, and we're all proud to represent such a lovely community. Find out more about the individuals who care for your pets.
Nursing Assistants and Receptionists
Jill joined the practice as a nursing assistant and receptionist in 2008 after a career change, and took over as the practice manager in 2011. She has always loved working with animals. She loves music – especially rock – and when at home loves to spend her time cooking.
Susan moved to Warwickshire from the Isle of Bute in 2002, and joined the Shipston team not long after. She loves the job, although can’t resist giving a home to any waifs and strays, meaning she currently has three cats, six ferrets and eight dogs! In her spare time she enjoys running and raising money for charity.
Natalie joined us in 2017, and has since completed qualifications in veterinary receptionist work and feline behaviour and psychology. She enjoys assisting vets with cases and getting stuck into admin. She has two cats, Oscar and Nellie, and Ketchup the Jack Russell. Outside work she spends time crocheting, walking and spending time with family.
Liz joined the Shipston team in 2012, the same year that she moved to Warwickshire. Lizzie spends most of her time handling our patient insurance claims and managing stock control. Outside of work she loves to spend time walking her dog, Ebony, who she also does agility training with.

At home she has a pair of brothers in Bosley the springer spaniel and Soccer the sprocker, as well as four cats and two rabbits. She enjoys looking after her veg patch, reading and socialising with friends and family.
Shauni joined the practice part time back in 2019. She enjoys assisting the vets and having lots of cuddles with patients.
At home she has two dogs Lola (the very naughty) beagle and Foxy a rescue Pomeranian, along with her bunny Ruby , two chickens and a musk turtle.
